TrumpRx.gov is a federal website launched on February 5, 2026. It lists cash prices for some medicines, including GLP-1s.
What it is, and isn't
- It's not a pharmacy, an insurance plan or a doctor.
- For Wegovy, it gives you a coupon to use at a retail pharmacy.
- For Zepbound and Foundayo, it sends you to LillyDirect, Eli Lilly's own pharmacy.
- You still need a valid prescription.
Does it lower the price?
The prices on TrumpRx are generally the makers' own self-pay offers. You'll usually find the same price on NovoCare or LillyDirect, so compare the final price at checkout.
If you have Medicare
You can use the cash offers, but what you pay can't be submitted to Medicare or count toward your Part D deductible or cap, and it can't be combined with the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge. For most eligible people, the Bridge at $50 a month is far cheaper.
